A murat profile processing centre, double head mitre saw, end milling router, corner cleaning machine, door assembly bench.
What machinery is used for furniture?
A 5-Axis CNC Rover AS 1532 (Italian), Smart Beam Saw, 120-Ton Hot Press, Automatic Throughfeed Edge Banding, CAD-CAM Modelling. The line is IOT-enabled — the first such setup in UP East.
Whose profiles does Winkraft use?
ENCRAFT India, certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 and TUV Nord certified, with a 10-year profile guarantee. The aluminium range uses ENCRAFT EKU profiles.
What performance do the systems achieve?
Wind load 3000 Pascal (equivalent to 245 km/hr), sound reduction up to 40 dB, thermal performance 0.8 W/m²K on a TwinSash double-glazed unit, and glazing from 4 mm single to 36 mm triple. uPVC is self-extinguishing and does not support combustion.

Yes — installation is handled by our own trained site teams, so a single company is accountable from factory to handover.
