What machinery is the furniture produced on?
Production runs on a 5-Axis CNC Rover AS 1532 (Italian), Smart Beam Saw, 120-Ton Hot Press, Automatic Throughfeed Edge Banding, CAD-CAM Modelling. The line is IOT-enabled - the first such setup in UP East - which is what holds dimensional precision and batch consistency across a full floor of a hotel.

Is the design approved before manufacturing starts?
Yes. Every production run is modelled in CAD-CAM and signed off before anything is cut. You approve before we cut.
