How Ram Mohan Polypack Pvt. Ltd., trading as Winkraft, handles the information you send us through this website.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry or quote request we collect the details you provide: your name, mobile number, and optionally your email address, city, property type, approximate number of openings, timeline and any message you write.
We also record the page you submitted from, and a one-way hash of your IP address together with your browser user-agent string. We store the hash rather than the address itself, purely to rate-limit automated submissions.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation or window schedule, and arrange a site visit where relevant. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to service the enquiry and to meet our statutory accounting and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your record at any point by writing to sales@winkraft.in.
Who can see it
Your enquiry is visible to Winkraft staff handling sales and project delivery. Data is stored on our own hosting; we do not pass enquiry data to third-party marketing platforms.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Any storage used is functional — for example remembering your light or dark theme preference in your own browser.
Your rights
